This site is run by FMX Demo Kitchen — Test on FMX EPOS Cloud, which keeps its data on the business's behalf.

What We Keep

If you open an account: your name, email address, telephone number and the addresses you save. Your password is kept only in a form that cannot be read back.

For each order: what you ordered, what it cost, and the name, telephone number, email and address you gave for it.

Why

To take and prepare your orders, deliver them, and contact you about them. We do not use your details for advertising and do not sell them.

Who Else Handles Them

Only for your order, and only these:

• Stripe handles payments made online: you give your card details to Stripe, not to us, and Stripe tells us whether the payment was taken.
• Google works out how far a delivery address is from the restaurant, from the address you give.
• Google provides the maps. A map on these pages is loaded from Google only when you choose to show it.

How Long

Your account is kept until you delete it. Your personal details on an order are erased two years after the order was placed; what was ordered and its cost are kept for the business's accounts.

Cookies

The site sets only the cookies it needs: one that keeps you signed in, and one that protects its forms. There are no tracking or advertising cookies. A map you choose to show comes from Google, which may set its own.

Your Choices

On your account page you can download everything we keep about you, or delete your account, which erases your name, telephone number, email and addresses at once.
